Tribunal constituted in ICSID case against Tanzania

The arbitral tribunal was constituted in an arbitration case filed against the United Republic of Tanzania on September of 2015 by Standard Chartered Bank concerning a power purchase agreement (PPA).

Tribunal formed in ICSID case against Kenya

All three arbitrators in  an arbitration filed against Kenya at ICSID have been appointed. The case was brought by  WalAm Energy Inc, a US/Canadian geothermal company headquartered in Canada. The dispute relates to a geothermal project and was filed in February 2015. The tribunal was constituted on June 2nd 2016.
