Presenters
Sir Peter Cresswell
Sir Peter was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1966. During his legal career he has been the President of the Bar Council and held judicial positions in the Commercial, Admiralty and High Courts. Sir Peter now conducts Arbitrations and Mediations around the world in the fields of banking/financial services/derivatives, international sales of goods and businesses, construction, renewables etc. He also holds judicial positions in Qatar and the Cayman Islands.
Dr Robert Gaitskell QC
Robert was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1978, He is a practicing barrister specialising in the fields of technology, engineering and construction. Robert has also held judicial positions and is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and Institution of Mechanical Engineers. He arbitrates around the world and is the editor of ‘The Construction Dispute Resolution Handbook’ (2nd edition).
Jonathan Dingle FRSA
Jonathan was called to the Bar of England in Wales in 1986 following a distinguished career as a Commander in the Royal Navy. He is a practising barrister, International arbitrator and mediator with particular interests in construction and insurance. Jonathan is the founder of the Civil Mediation Council, author of The Mediation Handbook and teaches mediation worldwide.
